Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Round1 ("the Service") at round1.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Round1 provides an AI-powered interview screening platform that allows hiring teams to conduct automated voice interviews with job candidates and receive detailed AI-generated assessment reports.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Round1 to:
- ·Conduct interviews without candidate consent
- ·Violate any applicable employment or privacy laws
- ·Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service
- ·Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- ·Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Candidate Consent
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all candidates are informed that they will be interviewed by an AI system before the interview begins. Round1 is not responsible for any failure to obtain proper candidate consent.
Credits and Usage
Interview credits are consumed when an interview is successfully initiated. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused credits roll over between billing periods and do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Payment and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You authorize Round1 to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for the following period.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Interview transcripts and assessment reports are stored securely and are accessible only to your organization.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Round1 are owned by Round1 and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Round1 does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI assessments will be accurate or free from bias.
Limitation of Liability
Round1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
