The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable.
Paid Subscriptions
Our refund eligibility depends on your plan type:
Monthly plans
We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.
Annual plans (if applicable)
If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have used fewer than 5 interviews, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days or 5 interviews, no refund is issued.
Interview Credits
Individual interview credits are non-refundable once consumed. A credit is considered consumed when the bot successfully joins a video call, regardless of interview outcome.
Failed Interviews
If a bot fails to join a call due to a technical error on our side, the credit will be restored to your account within 24 hours.
To report a failed interview, contact connect@round1.in with the interview ID.
Exceptions
We may issue refunds at our discretion in exceptional circumstances such as prolonged service outages affecting your account. Contact connect@round1.in to discuss your situation.
